As the Chief People and Culture Officer at HKPC, Brian is responsible for shaping and executing the organisation’s people strategy. He champions a culture of high performance, continuous development, and inclusive growth—ensuring that people and purpose remain at the heart of the organisation’s success. Brian holds an MBA from The University of Hong Kong and a BBA from HKUST.
